Mobile Banking

Austin Telco’s mobile banking solution gives you safe and secure access to your account 24 hours a day via iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Android phones. The security of your account is very important to Austin Telco.  Therefore, additional security measures are in place, which help prevent fraud and ensure that you are on secure servers.

Getting Started

Austin Telco Mobile is accessible either through your mobile browser or a downloadable App.  The Mobile Banking App can be found in the App Store and Android Market by searching keyword “Austin Telco.”  Registration is required for both the mobile banking site and downloadable app.

To register, simply log into MemberConnect, mouse over settings on the navigation bar and click on “Sign Up for Mobile Banking”. You will then be prompted with a disclaimer, after which, you will have access to your account from your mobile device.

**Cellular data access is necessary to use the Mobile Banking service. Check with your wireless carrier for data fees that may apply. ATFCU Mobile Banking site and ATFCU Mobile Apps are available only to MemberConnect users.
ATFCU Mobile Banking services are a supplementary access point for online accounts and are not intended to replace MemberConnect as the primary online banking instrument.

Mobile Apps

Mobile Banking Apps require a download from the App Store or Android Market.

With Mobile Apps you can:

• Check balances and available funds in your savings, checking and loan accounts.
• Transfer funds between your Austin Telco accounts.
• View account history and see which checks have cleared.
• Search transactions based on description.
• View pending ACH transactions.
• View email and print images of cleared checks.
• Transfer payments to your Austin Telco loan accounts.
• Use GPS to locate ATFCU branches and Free ATMs within the alliance network.

Mobile Banking Site

With the ATFCU mobile banking site you have the ability to access your account without the need to download an App. The site can be accessed from any web enabled device.  You must first register your phone by logging into MemberConnect.  After registration is complete, you can access your account by visiting https://mobile.atfcu.org.

With the Mobile Banking Site you can:

• Check balances and available funds in your savings, checking and loan accounts.
• View account history and see which checks have cleared.
• View images of cleared checks.
• Transfer payments to your Austin Telco loan accounts.
• Locate ATFCU branches and Free ATMs within the alliance network.
