Take advantage of eAlerts, which are emails sent to notify you of certain transactions or events happening on your account. This is a free service to our members. eAlerts can be sent via email or to your mobile phone within minutes of the actual transaction. There is absolutely no limit to the number of eAlerts you can sign up for.
To set up this service or view answers to frequently asked questions, log into MemberConnect, and select eServices, then eAlerts.
There are several different types of eAlerts you may select including:

Notice of Change to Funds Availability Policy
Federal Regulation CC has changed to increase the amount of funds available from the deposit of checks other than those immediately available. Paragraph #5 of our Funds Availability Policy has changed as follows:
5. AVAILABILITY OF OTHER CHECK DEPOSITS — The first $200.00 from a deposit of other checks will be available by the first business day after the day of your deposit. The remaining funds will be available by the second business day after the day of your deposit. For example, if you deposit a check of $700.00 on a Monday, $200.00 of the deposit will be available by Tuesday. The remaining $500.00 will be available by Wednesday.
Notice of Member Account Verification
The Supervisory Committee has engaged Clifton Gunderson, LLP Certified Public Accountants, to complete the annual audit of Austin Telco Federal Credit Union. In conjunction with the audit, the auditors will select a sample of members share and loan accounts to verify the account balances directly with account owner by letter. If your account has been selected as part of the auditing process, you will receive a letter from Clifton Gunderson, LLP requesting information on a designated account.
